This 35,000 sq.ft. office in Stirling City Centre had lain vacant for many years prior to being purchased from the receivers in April 2017.
Planning permission was secured for a 122 bed purpose-built student scheme in June 2017. The building was then stripped back to a shell and comprehensively redeveloped.
A pre-let was agreed with Stirling University to operate the building, and the development was completed ready for students to occupy in September 2018. The building is now a priority post graduate facility for the University and home to students from 34 countries.
The property was sold to a Honk Kong based investment fund in 2020.
