This two acre site occupies a stunning setting in Highland Perthshire with spectacular views over Loch Tay.
We acquired the site back in 2010 and appointed James Denholm Partnership to revisit the original planning consent for 36 houses. The development was redesigned to reduce the number of units on the site. Whilst this is rather unusual for a developer, we felt that this special site would benefit from less dense development.
We developed and sold 17 houses and the remaining development plots were sold to Lochay Properties in 2022.
