The site was acquired in November 2017 for redevelopment.

A lease surrender was agreed with a national tenant who was no longer in occupation and consent was secured to sub-divide the main building to create a range of commercial units. Planning was also secured to develop additional new build workshops with the completed development offering 12 units ranging from 800 to 3,000 sq.ft.

The units are used for a variety of uses including offices, industrial, workshops, a fitness centre and a gymnastics club. 

We worked closely with all our tenants to ensure that we created accommodation that met their operational needs. All the units were pre-let prior to being completed allowing us to tailor finishes to the occupiers requirements. 

Tenants include the Post Office, TPL Vision, Ace Gymnastics, Zenith Fitness, JM Customs, Krooked Kat, Bikes n Mowers, Good Life Farming and Dunk Commerce.
