Working in partnership with Applied Capital Developments, Northshore secured planning, listed building consent and building warrant for conversion of this office building into five apartments.
Planned over ground and first floors, the original building was stripped back to shell condition including major structural alterations to accommodate modern open plan living within the traditional listed building.
Conversion works finished in mid-2022 and upon completion all the flats were sold to a single purchaser.
