This 12,500sq.ft. parade of 5 industrial units was acquired in mid-2019 from an English based pension fund in an off-market transaction.
The units were in poor condition with long term vacancies prior to acquisition by Northshore. A comprehensive refurbishment programme was actioned resulting in all the vacant units being pre-let prior to completion of the works.
We worked with the new and existing occupiers to ensure that the refurbished units met their operational requirements. Tenants include Greggs, Bushwear, Exel Wines, Huffmans and Powerfish.
