The site is centrally located in Lockerbie adjacent to the train station and a new park and ride facility.
Following acquisition by Northshore in mid 2021, planning consent was secured to sub-divide the original building into four individual units. The building was stripped back to the slab and frame as part of a comprehensive refurbishment.
Pre-lets were agreed on all the units prior to completion in late 2021 and we worked closely with the tenants to ensure that we created accommodation that met their operational needs. The development is fully let to ADI Engineering, Criterium Cycles and Precision Fitness.
