Northshore Estates was established by Andrew Hutchinson in 2010 and has undertaken projects in a variety of sectors. Commercial projects include trade counters, industrial units, offices, gyms, sports clubs, a children’s nursery, and even a morgue! We have also completed a number of residential developments including both new build and conversion projects.
Working in partnership with tenants to ensure our properties meet their operational needs is at the core of what we do. The fact that we retain most of our development projects as investments allows us to take a long-term view and develop meaningful relationships with occupiers.
In addition to direct investment and development on its own account, Northshore also undertakes joint venture projects and provides asset and development management services working with partners. Joint venture projects include the development of trade parks, a 122 bed student accommodation scheme, an 83 bed hotel, a new HQ building for an international pharmaceuticals company and master-planning of a large mixed-use site.
The company has undertaken projects ranging from small one-off developments through to large scale regeneration schemes. We have the ability to deal with complex challenging projects, but also know when to keep things simple.
Prior to setting up Northshore, Andrew started his working life with Jones Lang LaSalle where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Andrew was also a Director of Deanway Development, AIG Global Real Estate and RBS Property Ventures and has wide ranging experience of property development, investment and finance.
Andrew is also actively involved as a Director of Seamount Limited, a joint venture between Northshore, Reeder Ness and Springfield Properties.
