Banchory Trade Park was developed in our Seamount joint venture company. It comprises a prominent 2 acre site acquired in 2024.
Development commenced in early 2025 and the scheme comprises 16 units totalling 20,000 sq.ft. The completed units have been let to Howdens, Kwik Fit and a number of local operators. We worked closely with occupiers to tailor the units to suit their operational needs.
