Vacant possession of the adjacent building was secured in 2016 by relocating the original tenant to a new fully refurbished building elsewhere in Galashiels
We worked closely with Image Estates and Kyowa Kirin to design a new 35,500 sq.ft. headquarters facility by combining the two original buildings, creating a new link building and construction of a new car park
Upon completion of the redevelopment works in 2017 Kyowa Kirin entered into a new 10-year FRI lease
The new enlarged HQ has secured 150 highly skilled jobs for the Borders economy
